Venture outside the studio for a refreshing sea dip along North Berwick’s beautiful coastline, followed by a mindful woodland walk or for something more invigorating, a walk to the top of our local landmark North Berwick Law - time to reconnect with nature and embrace the outdoors. For those wanting to deepen their wellness experience an outdoor sauna session can also be added.

You will be welcomed into a tranquil home setting with treatments and workshops taking place in my peaceful courtyard garden studio - a little sanctuary created for rest, renewal and restoration.
